Profit.co alternatives: suites with a public price, and lighter OKR tools

Facts checked October 27, 2026

Profit.co is a toolbox you buy piece by piece. Its pricing page lists strategy, performance, project and engagement modules and says the price "is based on the modules you select and your user count." No per-user number appears anywhere on the page, so the first step toward a budget is a demo.

Two kinds of buyer end up looking for something else. One wants a similar suite but with a price they can see before talking to sales. The other realizes they only ever used the OKR module. This page has options for both: three broader platforms that publish pricing, three focused OKR tools, and OKIAR. Prices are as published on October 27, 2026.

How Profit.co sells its platform

On October 27, 2026, the pricing page showed two plans:

  • Essentials. You start with the products you need: Strategy (OKRs, strategy roadmap, balanced scorecard, Hoshin Kanri), Performance (reviews, calibration, compensation, development plans), Projects (portfolios, timesheets) and Engagement (recognition, pulse surveys, meetings).
  • Enterprise. Custom pricing, adding data residency, audit logs, SCIM and SSO, dedicated infrastructure and priority support.
  • Athena AI credits. Essentials includes 500 credits per user per month; the free trial gets 250 once. Extra packs are priced by sales.
  • Included everywhere. A dedicated customer success manager, guided onboarding and 100+ integrations, Slack, Teams and Jira among them. There's a 30-day free trial.

Why teams look past Profit.co

  • No number to plan with. Finance teams want a figure in the budget sheet. Profit.co's model, priced by module and seat count, means you wait for a proposal.
  • Paying for breadth you don't use. If your company runs OKRs and nothing else in Profit.co, the balanced scorecard, Hoshin Kanri and project modules are features someone else is getting value from.
  • Rollout weight. A dedicated success manager and guided onboarding help large rollouts. A 20-person team that wants to start next Monday may find that heavier than it needs.
  • AI usage on credits. Athena runs on a monthly credit allowance per user, which is one more thing to track.

What Profit.co does well, and who should stay

Credit where it's due. Profit.co puts OKRs, balanced scorecards and Hoshin Kanri in one product, then adds performance reviews and project portfolios on top. Every plan comes with a dedicated success manager; Cascade, by comparison, keeps that for Enterprise. Its 100+ integrations cover the usual chat and work tools.

Stay if you use two or more modules, if strategy frameworks beyond OKRs matter to your leadership team, or if you value a vendor that runs onboarding for you. In those cases, a cheaper OKR tracker will feel like a downgrade. If you only use goals, read on.

Seven Profit.co alternatives in detail

Lattice

Lattice is a like-for-like swap if you used Profit.co's OKR and Performance modules together. Lattice's pricing sells Goals & OKRs at $8 per seat per month and Performance at $10, and each includes 1:1s and weekly updates. The two can be bought separately, but the minimum annual agreement is $4,000 and every contract is billed annually.

Moving off Profit.co: Lattice's CSV bulk upload takes one owner per goal and up to 500 goals per file, and it doesn't set parent and child links. You align child goals by hand after upload. Slack, Teams and Jira integrations are listed.

Leapsome

Leapsome is the cheapest published price in this group for goals inside an HR suite. Its pricing page shows Goals & OKRs at €4 per employee per month, with a goal tree, update reminders and a Jira integration. Every customer also needs the HRIS foundation, listed at €7 but free until December 31 with any Talent Suite module. Performance Reviews add €7. There's a 14-day trial and no setup fee.

Moving off Profit.co: admins can import goals from Excel, so reshape your Profit.co CSV into Leapsome's sheet. Parent links work for business goals only, and parents must exist first, so upload top-level goals in a first pass. Leapsome connects to Slack and Microsoft Teams, with goal digests in both.

Cascade

Cascade is the alternative for leaders who chose Profit.co for balanced scorecards and strategy maps. Cascade is a strategy execution platform: its pricing page offers a free plan for up to 2 users with no card, then Essentials with standard frameworks and OKRs, and Enterprise with Cascade's AI. Paid plans are quoted, so you trade one sales process for another, but you can test the product first on the free plan.

Its integrations page lists Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Asana and Excel. A customer success manager comes with Enterprise only.

Perdoo

If Profit.co felt like too much software, Perdoo is a calmer middle ground with list prices. Perdoo's pricing has a free plan for up to 5 users, Premium from €8.00 down to €6.40 and Supreme from €10.00 down to €8.00 per user per month as licenses grow to 100; quarterly terms cost 10% more. Performance reviews and Jira, Asana and Salesforce integrations are on Supreme. Paid plans come with a dedicated CSM and onboarding.

Moving off Profit.co: Perdoo's goal import takes its CSV template or pasted text. Map the columns from your Profit.co export into the template first.

Tability

Tability is the pick for a team that wants a published price and self-serve setup. Its pricing is $6 per user per month on Basic, billed yearly, or $7 monthly, with Slack, Teams, Jira and Linear. Premium costs $10 ($12 monthly).

Moving off Profit.co: Tability's AI importer reads an XLSX or CSV of up to 10 MB without a fixed template, so the Profit.co CSV export can go in as it is. Each analysis uses Tability AI credits.

Mooncamp

Mooncamp fits a Profit.co customer who liked seeing goals as a tree but wants simpler software. Mooncamp's pricing is €7 per user per month on Essential and €10 on Professional, billed annually, with a 5-user minimum; the goal tree is on Professional. Slack, Teams and data integrations with Jira, Excel and Google Sheets are on every plan, and the trial lasts 14 days.

Moving off Profit.co: Mooncamp doesn't list a goal file importer, so expect to re-enter goals or ask its team.

OKIAR

OKIAR is for teams that used Profit.co for OKRs alone and want to stop paying for the rest. OKIAR's beta is free, with no card and no caps on objectives, key results, KPIs or team members; beta Okiar is already live today.

Moving off Profit.co: export all OKRs to CSV, then upload the file at sign-up or later. OKIAR reads files up to 5 MB, helps map people, teams and parent links for you to review, and lets you review the draft first. Weekly check-ins run by voice or text with an AI summary, in Slack or Telegram. OKIAR has no Teams app, no Jira integration, no performance reviews and migration help available.

What you can take out of Profit.co

All OKRs export to one CSV file from OKRs, then the More menu, then Export, with weightage and ranking if you use them. Tasks export to CSV or XLS. Run both before your contract ends. Our Profit.co migration guide shows how to clean that CSV and bring it into a new tool.
