OKRs Tool alternatives: when per-seat pricing beats a flat fee
Facts checked October 27, 2026
OKRs Tool, at okrstool.com, has one of the simplest price lists in the category: one monthly fee for the whole company. Its pricing page puts Scale at $129 a month, Expand at $229 and Enterprise from $349, and annual billing saves 20%. Headcount doesn't change the bill.
Whether that's a bargain depends almost entirely on how many people you have. This page does the math against six per-seat tools, then looks at what else might push you to switch, from a missing free plan to wanting reviews without moving up a tier. Prices are as published on October 27, 2026.
The flat-fee math
On annual billing, Scale costs $103.20 a month. Here's the headcount at which each per-seat tool stops being cheaper, using its lowest published annual price:
| Per-seat tool | Annual price per person | Cheaper than OKRs Tool Scale up to |
|---|---|---|
| Tability Basic | $6 | 17 people |
| Teamflect Essential | $7, free up to 10 users | 14 people |
| Peoplebox Performance | $8 | 12 people |
| Weekdone (4 to 15 users) | $9 | 11 people |
| OKIAR beta | Free | Any size, while the beta lasts |
Perdoo and Mooncamp price in euros, so compare them at your exchange rate. Above roughly 20 people, OKRs Tool usually wins on price alone.
What OKRs Tool does well, and who should stay
- Everything on the first paid plan. Scale includes unlimited OKRs, check-ins, weekly email nudges, the alignment map, KPIs and AI insights, and every integration: Slack, Teams, Google Workspace, Jira, Linear, Asana, ClickUp and Notion.
- No annual lock-in. There's no annual contract, and the trial runs 14 days with no card.
- An adoption guarantee. OKRs Tool promises a full refund if your team doesn't reach 60% adoption in 30 days.
- Import and export on every paid plan. The plan table lists both.
If you have 30 people or more, need Slack and Teams together, and want one invoice that doesn't grow with each hire, OKRs Tool is hard to beat. Stay.
Why teams leave anyway
- Small teams overpay. At 5 people, Scale is $25.80 each per month on monthly billing.
- No free plan. A May 28, 2026 post on its blog about OKR software that shut down says OKRs Tool is "free for up to 5 users," but the pricing page the same day showed only a trial. Go by the pricing page.
- Reviews cost a tier. Performance reviews, 1:1s and feedback start on Expand at $229.
- API and MCP limits. Scale's REST API is capped at 1,000 calls a day, and the MCP server is on Enterprise.
Costs the sticker price doesn't show
Per-seat and flat prices are only part of the bill. A few terms we found on each vendor's own page:
- Minimums. Mooncamp requires at least 5 users. Teamflect bills every user once you pass 10, and annual licenses can't be reduced mid-term.
- Add-ons. Peoplebox charges extra for development plans, engagement, 360 reviews and compensation.
- Included help. Weekdone includes a dedicated OKR coach and onboarding. Teamflect lists no fees for implementation, support or training.
- Currency. Perdoo and Mooncamp quote euros, so the dollar cost moves with the exchange rate.

Seven OKRs Tool alternatives
Teamflect
Teamflect is the alternative for Microsoft 365 companies under about 15 people, and for those who want reviews in the same plan. Teamflect's pricing has a free Starter plan for up to 10 users, then Essential at $7 and Professional at $11 per user per month on annual billing, or $9 and $14 monthly. Past 10 users, every user is billed. There's a 30-day trial.
Switching from OKRs Tool: export your OKRs, then use Teamflect's Excel bulk upload, which takes a parent goal ID to keep alignment. Slack isn't listed.
Tability
Tability is the cheapest per-seat swap for a Slack team under 18 people. Tability's pricing is $6 per user per month on Basic billed yearly or $7 monthly, with Slack, Teams, Jira and Linear, and there are no user minimums. Premium is $10.
Switching from OKRs Tool: its AI importer reads the XLSX or CSV you export, up to 10 MB, without a fixed layout.
Perdoo
Perdoo gives a team of 5 or fewer a free plan with Slack and Teams, per Perdoo's pricing. Premium is €8.00 per user per month below 25 users and €6.40 at 100, Supreme €10.00 to €8.00, and quarterly terms cost 10% more. Export and API come with Premium; Jira and reviews come with Supreme.
Switching from OKRs Tool: copy your export into Perdoo's template, under 5 MB and 10,000 rows, or paste goals as text.
Mooncamp
Mooncamp is a per-seat OKR tool with both chat apps on every plan. Mooncamp's pricing is €7 on Essential and €10 on Professional per user per month, billed annually, with a 5-user minimum and a 14-day trial. The goal tree is on Professional.
Switching from OKRs Tool: Mooncamp has no goal file import, so OKRs are entered again.
Weekdone
Weekdone's packages make it cheap for very small teams: free for up to 3 users, then $9 per user per month on annual billing for 4 to 15 users, falling with size, per Weekdone's prices. Monthly billing costs about 20% more. A dedicated OKR coach and onboarding are included, and the integrations page lists Slack, Teams, Jira and Google Sheets.
Switching from OKRs Tool: Weekdone's migration advice is copy and paste or Zapier.
Peoplebox
Peoplebox is the pick if you were about to move up to Expand just for reviews. Its pricing bundles OKRs with performance reviews, 1:1s and feedback at $8 per employee per month, billed annually. It's built around Slack, which reminds owners to update goals every Tuesday; its Teams app is in beta.
Switching from OKRs Tool: Peoplebox's CSV and XLSX import uses Row ID and Parent Row IDs columns, so alignment can come across. See our
Peoplebox alternatives.
OKIAR
OKIAR is free at every size while the beta lasts, which beats any flat fee. The beta has no card and no caps on objectives, key results, KPIs or members, and Okiar is already live today. Weekly check-ins happen by voice or text, with a weekly AI summary in Slack or Telegram, on quarters or fiscal-quarter labels.
Switching from OKRs Tool: upload your export at sign-up or later, up to 5 MB. OKIAR helps map people, teams and parent links for you to review and lets you review the draft. It has no Teams app, no Jira integration, no reviews and migration help available.
Exporting from OKRs Tool
The pricing page lists "Import & export OKRs" on every paid plan. Run the export while your subscription is active, and check that owners, parent objectives and cycles are in the file, since those are what other tools need to rebuild your structure. Our OKRs Tool migration guide covers the move step by step.
