Gtmhub alternatives: what replaced Gtmhub, and 7 tools ex-customers are moving to

Facts checked October 27, 2026

Gtmhub no longer exists as a brand. The company renamed itself Quantive on December 13, 2022, and on May 28, 2025 WorkBoard announced it was buying Quantive. When we checked on October 27, 2026, gtmhub.com didn't load and quantive.com forwarded to workboard.com.

That leaves anyone who once ran OKRs in Gtmhub with a narrow question: go along with the move to WorkBoard, or pick a tool yourself. Several vendors now pitch directly at Quantive customers, some with migration offers in writing. This page covers the six we think fit a former Gtmhub team best, plus OKIAR, and says plainly what each one will and won't do for your move. Prices are as published on October 27, 2026.

What happened to Gtmhub

  • 2015: Gtmhub is founded, according to CEO Ivan Osmak in the rename announcement.
  • December 2021: A $120 million Series C, which Gtmhub called the largest round in OKR software at the time.
  • Late 2021 to 2022: Gtmhub buys Koan and Cliff.ai. Koan's own archived help center gave its sunset date as March 31, 2023, after moving accounts into Gtmhub; some trackers, such as Tability's, say February 2022.
  • December 13, 2022: Gtmhub Results becomes Quantive Results, and a sister product launches as Quantive Signals.
  • February 2024: Quantive releases StrategyAI, per Empiraa's history of the company.
  • May 28, 2025: WorkBoard says Quantive customers "will transition to the WorkBoard platform over the coming months, supported by a high-touch experience every step of the way."

Old contracts, invoices and browser bookmarks that say Gtmhub all point at the same account that WorkBoard now runs.

Why former Gtmhub teams are shopping around

Nobody chose this move, and that's the main reason people look elsewhere. Beyond that, four reasons stand out:

  • The product they bought is being retired. WorkBoard's own announcement describes a transition to its platform, not a long life for Quantive Results. Whatever you configured in Gtmhub, from session structures to dashboards, has to be rebuilt somewhere.
  • Price visibility. WorkBoard sells through demos: its pricing link takes you to a demo booking. Teams that want a number before a meeting go looking.
  • A second forced move for some. Koan customers who followed Koan's advice in 2021 landed in Gtmhub. For them, WorkBoard is the second migration they didn't ask for.
  • Scale mismatch. Gtmhub's CEO described the shift "from a sole focus on the OKR methodology to a more holistic platform." A 40-person company that only used goals and check-ins may want something lighter.

What Gtmhub did well, and who should stay

Gtmhub had real reach. In the rename announcement, the company described itself as having over 2,000 customers across enterprises, not-for-profits, startups and governments, and it pitched Quantive Results as an OKR platform "with data at the core" that shows "what's working, what's not." It also stressed configurability, the idea that the platform would "meet companies where they are." That's the bar any replacement has to clear: data-linked key results and a structure that bends to how your company plans.

Staying on the WorkBoard path makes sense if three things are true: you're a large company that already buys through enterprise contracts, you want the vendor to run the transition for you, and you'd rather keep your account team than start over. Empiraa, a competitor, wrote in its Quantive history that if the migration has gone well and the depth suits you, "there is no reason to move again." If you're smaller, price sensitive or tired of being migrated, compare the tools below before your renewal date.

The seven options for an ex-Gtmhub team

WorkBoard

If you do nothing, this is where you end up. WorkBoard owns Quantive and has promised Quantive customers a transition "supported by a high-touch experience." That's the main argument for it: someone else does the moving. It's built for large companies, connects to Slack through its WoBot app and reaches Microsoft Teams through WorkBoardAI for Copilot.

What you give up is choice on price and timing. There's no public price; WorkBoard's pricing link leads to a demo request. Ask your account team in writing which Gtmhub configurations, sessions and history carry over, and when Quantive Results access ends.

Mooncamp

Mooncamp has gone after Quantive customers directly. Its guide to Quantive alternatives tells buyers to ask about hands-on migration and states that "Mooncamp provides dedicated migration support." That's a vendor claim; ask what it covers before you sign.

Mooncamp's prices are €7 per user per month on Essential and €10 on Professional, both billed annually, with a 5-user minimum. Slack and Teams come with every plan, and the goal tree view starts on Professional. A former Gtmhub admin used to a visual hierarchy should price Professional, not Essential. There's a 14-day trial without a card.

Teamflect

Teamflect is the pick for a Gtmhub customer that runs on Microsoft 365. Goals, reviews and one-on-ones live inside Teams and Outlook, and its Quantive comparison lists "Direct migration support from Quantive" among its selling points. If you'd rather do it yourself, admins can bulk upload goals from an Excel template with an optional parent goal ID column, which keeps the hierarchy.

Teamflect's pricing has a free Starter plan for up to 10 users. Essential costs $7 per user per month on annual billing or $9 monthly, and Professional $11 or $14. The page says there are no extra fees for implementation, support or training. The catch for Slack-based teams: Slack isn't listed.

Perdoo

Perdoo suits the Gtmhub team that wants to run the import itself without paying for a big platform. Its import tool takes a CSV or pasted text on every plan, so you can feed it the objectives from your last Quantive export.

On Perdoo's pricing page, the free plan covers up to 5 users, Premium is €8.00 per user per month under 25 users, falling to €6.40 at 100, and Supreme €10.00 falling to €8.00; quarterly terms cost 10% more. Slack and Teams are on every plan. If you linked key results to data sources in Gtmhub, note that Perdoo's Jira, Asana and Salesforce connections are Supreme only.

Tability

Tability fits teams that loved Gtmhub's check-in reminders more than its strategy layer. Its AI importer reads XLSX or CSV files of up to 10 MB and creates nothing until you confirm, which is helpful when your export has messy columns.

Tability's pricing is $6 per user per month on Basic billed yearly, or $7 monthly, and $10 or $12 on Premium. Slack, Teams, Jira and Linear come with Basic. Tability also runs the shutdown tracker cited above, so it knows this audience well.

Betterworks

Betterworks is the closest like-for-like if your Gtmhub rollout was tied to performance management. Its plans page bundles goals and OKRs with review cycles, one-on-ones and AI help in a Performance plan at $8 per user per month, with a designated success partner. The same page says implementation is a one-time cost on top, and that Betterworks "adds the most value for organizations with over 500 employees."

Its integrations page lists Slack, Microsoft Teams and Jira. Betterworks doesn't publish a Quantive migration offer, so budget for setup work.

OKIAR

OKIAR is for the team that would rather move its own goals this afternoon than wait for a migration project. OKIAR's beta is free, with no card and no caps on objectives, key results, KPIs or team members. It has no set end date, and beta Okiar is already live today.

The import step is the part that matters for a Gtmhub refugee: you can upload a spreadsheet or CSV of up to 5 MB, including a multi-sheet Excel workbook, and OKIAR helps map people, teams and parent links for you to review. You check the draft before accepting it. Custom periods mean a Gtmhub session of four months still fits. Weekly check-ins run by voice or text, with an AI summary each week, in Slack or Telegram. Be clear on the gaps: no Teams app, no Jira integration, and migration help available.

Frequently asked questions

Is Gtmhub still available?

No. Gtmhub became Quantive in December 2022, and WorkBoard bought Quantive in 2025. On October 27, 2026, gtmhub.com didn't load and quantive.com redirected to workboard.com.

What replaced Gtmhub?

Quantive Results, then WorkBoard. WorkBoard says Quantive customers will move onto its platform with its help.

Which Gtmhub alternatives offer migration help?

Mooncamp and Teamflect both say so in their Quantive guides, and WorkBoard runs the official transition. Perdoo, Tability and OKIAR are self-serve: you import a file yourself.

Can I import a Gtmhub or Quantive export into another tool?

Yes, if you have the file. OKIAR reads Excel workbooks and CSV and helps map people, teams and parent links for you to review. Tability's AI importer reads XLSX or CSV, and Perdoo takes CSV or text.

Is there a free Gtmhub alternative?

OKIAR is free during its beta. Perdoo is free for up to 5 users and Teamflect for up to 10.

What does OKIAR cost?

Nothing during the beta, with no credit card and no caps. The beta has no set end date, and Okiar is already live today.
